HANDCRAFTED ORGANIC LARGE RICH BLACK BAROQUE PEARL STERLING SILVER RING WITH RUBY ACCENTS. 925

This amazing ring is quite fantastical! Featuring a very large, beautifully organic, rich black Baroque pearl set in an openwork sterling silver ring head, this bold ring is not for the feint hearted. The jeweller has deliberately picked up the natural organic shaped of the Baroque pearl and worked the piece into an organic ring head that features natural touches. The simple sterling silver shank develops a rough texture on the shoulders, and it has deliberate openwork that allows the rich luminescent grape colour to show through. Squared-off decorative loops in gold-hued sterling silver studded with small round cut pinkish rubies act as the 'claws' that hold the gemstone firmly. The ring head measures 21mm wide x 26mm long and is raised a magnificent 17mm above the finger! The piece weighs a heavy 14.05 grams and bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver. A most unusual, bold but beautifully natural eye-catching piece!
