DRAMATIC NATURAL MARCASITE SOLID STERLING SILVER RING. 5,5 cm Long

A head turning statement ring crafted out of solid sterling silver. This ring stretches a full 5,5 cm (55 mm) up the finger and is 15 mm wide. The design has a checkerboard layout, each line set with natural marcasite and subtle openwork elements. There are additional marcasites in the frame. The shank is smooth, heavy polished sterling silver, measuring 13 mm at the shoulder and narrowing to 4 mm at the back. It is ring size 8 (Q in SA and British sizing). At 18 grams it is a seriously solid piece of sterling silver but with its slightly concave curved shape, it fits snugly and securely on the finger.
