Directions:
Prepare an infusion by steeping 1 - 2 teaspoons of herb in 1 cup of boiled water for 10 - 15 minutes. Drink three times per day.
For a bath, soak 200g of herbs in cold water overnight, then heat and strain the next morning. Add to bathwater and soak for 20 minutes, ensuring the heart is kept above the water. Avoid drying off with a towel; instead, put on a gown, wrap with a blanket, and sweat out for one hour.
For ointment preparation, add 2 heaped handfuls of finely chopped leaves to 250g lard.
Can be used on animals for jaundice, bleeding, and sprains.
