• Addresses hormonal complaints and imbalances including Fibrocystic breast disease, infertility (female), menopause, menorrhagia (heavy menstruation), menstrual difficulties (secondary amenorrhea), menstrual pain, and premenstrual syndrome
• Useful in treating endometriosis and providing postpartum support
• May normalize reproductive organs and treat progesterone deficiency
• Beneficial for acne, particularly during premenstrual flare-ups, due to hormonal balancing; can also be used by men for acne
• May have pain-relieving properties

Directions for Use:

• Infusion: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of the berries. Infuse for 10-15 minutes. Drink three times per day.
