AS A TEA

½ -1 tsp in 1 cup of water, bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 min and drink 3 times per day.

WARNINGS

• Do not use when suffering from untreated high blood pressure, or during pregnancy, or if you suffer with diabetes, glaucoma or have a history of stroke.
• Might deplete potassium.
