Dried White Dead Nettle Herb Cut (Lamium album) - 60g

White Dead Nettle's therapeutic uses are due to its slight diuretic and expectorant effects. In folk medicine, it is often used to treat white discharge and urinary problems in case of benign prostatic hypertrophy. It can be also used to treat stomach and digestive problems, especially bloating. White dead nettle tea is recommended in case of insomnia.

PREPARATION

Pour one cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of herb. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain. Drink 2-3 times per day.
To relieve respiratory ailments, drink one cup with honey several times per day.
