Drosera Finlaysoniana is a carnivorous plant from the Drosera genus.  This particular plant is labeled under the 'Indica complex' umbrella.  Drosera indica is found in Africa, Australia, Inda, southeast Asia and Japan.  When mature these plants can grow up to 30cm
