Drosera Hilaris is a winter growing perennial sundew found in the Cape Province of South Africa. It's a rare plant, growing in the shade of shrubs and rocks, and produces pink to purple flowers. GA3 or smoke treatment might improve germination - Drosera Hilaris is recommended for more experienced growers
