Important Information

• Rechargeable LIR2032 lithium ion cells are not readily available and are likely to be very expensive compared to standard non-rechargeable CR2032 lithium cells.
• In order to use the included CR2032 cell, the on-board charging circuit needs to be disabled. This is done by desoldering components D1, R4 and R5. R6 is also removed but replaced with a 0Ω resistor or wire link. The procedure is easily accomplished with a pair of tweezers and a hot-air pencil.
  
• The RTC module can also be used for the Raspberry Pi; however pull-up resistors R2 and R3 will also have to be removed. This is necessary as the Raspberry Pi has its own 1.8kΩ pull-up resistors.
