Product information
The L298N dual H-bridge module has an on-board 5V regulator that is powered from a 7 to 35V DC source through pin VCC. Pin +5V provide 5v from the on-board regulator for external use and should not be connected to any power source. Pins INA, INB, INC and IND are connected to a microcontroller to provide logic control. When the jumper is in place for ENA, this enables INA and INB logic control of OUTA and OUTB terminal pins. Similarly when the jumper is in place for ENB, this enables INC and IND logic control of OUTC and OUTD terminal pins.

There is an on-board connector for direct interfacing to a 28BYJ-48 stepper motor.(the motor is listed HERE)
