This delightful Crown  Delft 'Blauw' wall plate is just perfect for any country cottage or modern home, and also perfect for the collector.

With its generous central spray of flowers and whimsical floral patterned rim it is sure to brighten up any room with its Dutch country charm.

It was designed to be hung as a wall plate, with two holes at the back,  and would look lovely hung above a fireplace or on a cozy kitchen wall.

The blue and white floral pattern is inspired by the Chinese pottery designs of the Ming Dynasty.

It is in excellent condition

There are no cracks or chips. No age related crazing. 

There is one stubborn sticker mark at the back next to the stamp, which should be easily lifted with a rub of alcohol.

It is marked "Crown Delfts Blauw Handwerk" at the back.

Although we are not certain of its age, it is fairly modern and probably dates to around the 1970s.
