I have emailed you more than twice and you do not respond, you made me pay for a courier service so the delay is uncalled for. It has been three weeks since I made the payment, should I start to worry. Your behaviour is really unproffesional and is not only causing harm to your organisation but to the entire Bidorbuy community.
