All my used dvds are in good condition and guaranteed to play without skipping. If after receiving a dvd from me, and you are not satisfied or believe the item was misrepresented in the listing, please notify me immediately.
Shipping without tracking is the cheapest option, but no delivery guarantees are obviously implied or stated - once the post office has the item, it is out of my hands. I have very seldom had a problem with items not reaching their destination but it is at the buyer's risk.
If you are concerned, then it is better to pay for the postage with tracking option
