  Yes, the software is compatible with Windows 7 (32-bit) and Vista (32-bit). The card itself is a PCI card that will work with most computer systems.
  
• Does this work with NTSC or PAL cameras?
  It works with both types of security cameras.
• What does PTZ stand for?
  Pan, tilt, and zoom.
• Why does the message box "Init xxx failed" popup when I try to start the program?
  Check that the DVR card is properly fixed in the PCI slot and the device driver is properly installed.
• Why is the video window purple when program starts?
  Be sure your graphics card driver is properly installed and upgrade to the latest driver version.
