Dynamo Flashlight with cellphone adapt

This is a great little gadget and perfect for any outdoorsy type of person (hikers, divers, etc, etc) or anybody who drives a car.

It is a wind-up torch and cellphone charger (yes, really!). One can keep it in one's pack or car without concerns that the batteries will leak or go flat.

Who hasn't been there? Have a roadside emergency (flat tyre, etc) or try to find something in the car or the boot or check the engine when it is dark - and the emergency torch battery has gone flat! I can't tell you how many emergency torches, small and big, have lived in my car or bag, only to be useless when a real emergency need occurs. One even resorts to keeping emergency batteries, and those are lost or can't be found in the dark, or are used for other gadgets and never replaced!

This is the perfect emergency torch. Just a short period of winding (approx 1 minute) will provide 20 minutes of light with the torch. Or 3-8 minutes of talk time (depending on the make of phone). It will work with most cellphones.

It's size and shape and weight makes it very convenient. It can live in the glove box or in one's backpack very comfortably until needed. Or have two - one for the car and one for the backpack!!!

At only R100 it is most affordable.

As my cellphone is forever going flat when I don't have the possibility of charging it, guess what I will have in my pack in De Aar!! Packing up in the dark is going to be a bit easier in future!
