E3D V6 1.75mm Heat Break

This is a replacement heat break for the E3D V6 hotend for 1.75mm filament.Itis an all metal version without a PTFE tubing on the inside.

The V6 heat break is used to channel filament through the Cooling Towerandstraight into the heated Nozzle. The top end of the heat break insidethecooling tower is designed to stay cold while the bottom end inside theheatblock will heat up which in turn will aid in rapidly heating up yourFilamentto the desired temperature in preparation for extrusion through thenozzle.

Tip: You will need to heat up your hot end when removing andinstallingyour heat break to avoid damaging it. This can be done by heating upthehotend while assembled or by using a heat gun which also works very well.
