Very good. in a very good dust jacket with slight edgewear and a bit of foxing.  Grand presentation description on the blank front free endpaper. Neat calligraphic pen, stating that the book was presented by the architect Mr. F. Lamond Sturrock to a Mr. Liebenberg at the opening of the hall at Rustenberg Junior School ( which perhaps shows some early nineteenth century influence ?).  A better copy than sometimes found for this useful title.
