This item is 100 % ORIGINAL & AUTHENTIC,  representing the early Rhodesian Brushstroke pattern introduced during the 1960s. The pattern of displacement differs slightly to examples produced from 1970 onwards. 

 The distinctive 'Green Buttons' of early Rhodesian  uniform items are present, with 6 of the original 9 buttons remaining - the remainder having been replaced at some point in time.

Originally a long sleeve shirt, this item was tailored by the owner- who was a member of the South African Police (S.A.P )  into a short sleeve variant (the hemming having come loose slightly). The overall colour scheme and pattern of the camouflage is in an EXCELLENT CONDITION,  showing very little signs of wear or excessive use. There is NO DAMAGE to the material at all , in the way of rips or tears.
