Early Somali Wooded Camel Bell 

This very old, original, hand carved, large wooden camel bell complete with two wooden gongs or pegs inside, is part of a small collection of early African & tribal items I'll be listing in the next few weeks. Most of the pieces had originally been labelled by the previous collector and the label on this read 'Camel Bell - Somalia'. This early used bell is in good condition, has a lovely sound and functions well. It measures 15cm x 13 cm x 8cm and weighs 350g.
