Early Swiss - 'Bronze' Mounted Plaque (Huguenin Locle)

 

This early, small, Swiss, bronze, wood mounted plaque, appears to be celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Convention of Geneve, on the 22nd of August in 1939. The bronze is signed 'HUGUENIN' in the bottom right-hand corner and is stamped on the back of the wood 'HUGUENIN LOCLE, SUISSE'. It measures 12,5cm x 9cm x 1,3cm and weighs 173,6g.
