Early Swiss - 'Bronze' Mounted Plaque (Huguenin Locle)

This early, small, Swiss, bronze, wood mounted plaque, appears to be celebrating the 75^th anniversary of the Convention of Geneve, on the 22^{nd of} August in 1939. The bronze is signed 'HUGUENIN' in the bottom right-hand corner and is stamped on the back of the wood 'HUGUENIN LOCLE, SUISSE'. It measures 12,5cm x 9cm x 1,3cm and weighs 173,6g.
