Early Venetian Glass Beaded Necklace
This attractive, early Venetian/Murano art glass beaded necklace features thirty-three hand-blown, beautifully decorated and enamelled pale blue glass beads, often referred to as 'wedding cake' glass beads. The necklace is in great condition and is secured with an oval, silver gilt push-in clasp, decorated with a Chinese motif. It measures 66cm in length, with beads measuring from 1cm to 2cm in diameter and weighs 85g.
