Own a piece of history with this remarkable, one-of-a-kind hand-crafted WWII US submarine model, likely of the Gato Class. Featuring a robust solid wood hull, this model is meticulously detailed and mounted on a sleek stand. It is elegantly showcased in a custom-built solid oak display case, with glass panes on all four sides and the top, offering a 360-degree view of this impressive piece. Dating back to the late 1940s or early 1950s, the model and case is in very good vintage condition and makes a stunning addition to any military collection or maritime enthusiast's display.  Note : Due to the fragility of this item, collection only is advised (Gordons Bay, Cape Town).
