Manufactured in Cape Town using NillThermTM - a proprietary ceramic that is mechanically strong and 100% flame proof.

Safe to use directly on an open flame or element. No seasoning of slow warm up required. Best results in a BBQ with a lid.

This pizza stone is your 1st step towards authentic pizza with a delicious, crunchy base. Suitable for use in all types of home ovens and all types of fuel used in BBQ’s. Pizza works best at high temperatures - set your oven to maximum. The stone can also be used to bake artisinal bread.

In an electric or gas oven, the stone can be left inside the oven during the warm up process. Use the maximum setting on your oven.

In a BBQ, place the stone inside after the fire has burnt to coal. The stone will need 5 – 8 min to get to temperature.
