Secure Public Browser Software
The Easy NetCafe comes with secure browsing software. This allows the end user to use the machine
but stops them from accessing the operational software. This system is setup to make the end-user have
easy access to the most common areas of the Internet. Email, searches and other direct links are preprogrammed
into the browser. Reports can be generated to detail where the end-user has gone too and
what the most popular sites are. The Easy NetCafes automatically send the reports to a nominated email
address.
Payment Software
Combined within the browser software is the payment system. This system allows for full control of
charging. The system accepts all RSA notes and can be programmed to charge any rate of time connected
to a note. The Easy NetCafe can also be programmed to charge different rates at different times of the
day. This software also allows for reports to be generated to a nominated email address. The reports detail
notes accepted, when, where and how much. You know exactly how much is in the Cafe at any time.

The latest Windows from Microsoft is used as the operational software.
Online software
Online software such as Flash, Acrobat and others are pre-programmed into the Cafes. There’s a lot more
to the Easy NetCafe System than meets the eye.

The note acceptor is commercial quality. It accepts all South African notes.
Installation
Installation of the Cafes is very simple. Once the ADSL / Broadband and power point are established the
machine is programmed to access the net via a selected password and username. Just like any other
Internet connected computer.
We recommend the Easy NetCafes be connected to the Internet by ADSL / Broadband. Although the
Cafes will work with a normal dialup modem it is recommended to use ADSL / Broadband where possible.
