Item is one of my personal units and not a resale. unit was barely used as it was a back up even still has its screen protector on. condition wise its spotless was stored in its box. unit was bought end of May 2023 that leaves about 3 years 7 months of its 5 year manufacturer warranty that can be claimed. This is a local unit with Local Ecoflow warranty if anything should go wrong when claiming the warranty a courier will collect and drop off again at your address. for warranty claims can just email Ecoflow support its local. strongly advise first time Ecoflow buyer to join the local Ecoflow Facebook group for tips and info.
