Directions
Take half a measuring cup three times per day (up to eight times per day). Depending on severity, it can be taken at2 hourly intervals if needed. Hold it in your mouth and swish it around the tongue for 20- 30 seconds before swallowing. This process of swishing or rinsing for 20sec to 30 sec is very important as the silver attaches itself to your salvia. Because of its microscopic size, it gets absorbed into the bloodstream almost immediately!
