In the year 2018, the city of Baghdad and other metropolises are attacked by overpowered alien that are creating giant domes called the Anomalies and gigantic turrets.

The game extraordinarily mixes action and strategy elements and tasks players to save the Earth from the onslaught by leading an armour squad through the streets of Baghdad, Tokyo and further cities. Players have to plan their routes and strategically choose which units to deploy in order to crush the opposition. They are taking control of the Commander, whose special abilities and quick thinking will be vital in supporting the squad in its mission, as they engage in fast-paced, tactical battles across story campaign and two heart-pounding squad assault modes.
