RARE Edwardian 9ct GOLD Mesh Coin Purse (Chatelaine Purse) hallmarked for London 1902

The entire purse is made of 9ct gold, bar a soft suede leather inner. It is hallmarked for .375 (9ct) gold for London with a small letter “g” (1902). There is also a letter “F” which probably indicates the gold maker. The purse is twice hallmarked and there is a third 9ct gold mark on the ring beneath the ball style snap-clasp.

The purse is in excellent condition, but there are 3 gold balls missing at the bottom. It measures 120 mm x 120 mm and weighs 122 grams
