The note shows extensive circulation and pinholes, but all being said, it is still a very rare ZAR note in collectable condition cataloguing at R6400.00 in VG condition.

Many of these notes, like this one, were split and rejoined. The London-based Numismatic dealer Spink & Son, notes that this was done officially by the ZAR Government for transportation and security reasons.
