MCE Blaster EGA/CGA/MGA to VGA adaptor*

The EGA card was tested manually with the DIPS switches and a modern LCD and is working in all listed modes.

An EGA extension cord is supplied, the MCE can also be plugged directly in the EGA card.

The MCE unit need to be powered by 5V. This is done via the Micro-USB connector on the Pico Pi using any old cell charger. There is also DuPont connector for 5V on the MCE Blaster so one could make up a DuPont to Molex cord and power it off the PC as well.

The MCE has been pixel corrected for this card and the settings saved to FLASH on the Pico. You can however use this with any another card. You will always get a picture but there might be some shimmer and tearing which you adjust for with the two buttons. An instruction sheet is supplied as well. When the MCE is plugged into a VGA monitor and powered it displays a splash screen which goes away once it receives signal from the PC.
