It features a Sunplus 6350 chipset and Sony IMX078 image sensor. The “R” version comes with a 2.4G Remote Control with 2 buttons, Start/stop recording videos, and Shoot a picture. The remote is waterproof up to 3m.

The H8R has built-in WiFi 802.11 that works for a distance of up to 30m. You can control the cam using your phone and the app.
