By placing this tennis elbow brace around the muscles of your forearm, it repositions your muscle in a way that will redirect the tension that would've gone to your tendon.
By wearing the brace on your forearm a few centimetres below your elbow it easily absorbs the tension in the tendon where it attaches to the bone. It is important to wear this brace during any type of lifting, when suffering from tennis elbow / golfers elbow
