Receiving an order with payment from you will be regarded as if signed by you, authorized to do so, and therefore as a binding agreement, when received by e-mail.
CWT guarantees that all products being delivered to the client will be new, in full working order, and will be supplied with a complete one-year international warranty against any factory defaults from date of first opening of its packaging, on condition that it will not be subjected to any neglect, misuse, or abuse, and that it will only be used for the purpose intended for. The warranty excludes normal wear-and-tear and damage incurred to it after being sold.
A 14-day-Money-Back-Guarantee applies to all products, meaning that if the client is not fully satisfied with his/her purchase, s/he can send it back to CWT within 14 days after receiving it for a full refund. Courier/Postal costs will be for account of the client. All original packaging material must accompany the returned undamaged product.
A 12 months-Money-Back-Guarantee applies after 90 days to all products not being sold during that period that are bought in bulk by distributors/vendors who have the purpose of reselling them and did not manage to do so within 90 days. Unsold undamaged products can be returned from day 91 onwards up to 12 months after order date for a full refund minus shipping/courier costs.
All products remain the property of CWT until paid for in full by the client.
The client or his/her representative has to be at the delivery address that he/she stated when placing an order to receive the ordered items. If the courier return the product to CWT due to the client not collecting his item(s) the first time, costs to re-send the products to the client will be for his/her/their account.
Delivery lead time is usually 5 working days to 4 weeks, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery from order date, due to possible delays with importing, shipping, and/or supplier’s manufacturing capacity.
A tax invoice can be requested by individual buyers and will be send as standard with all bulk-orders.
