So unique and very ornate.  Great for serving the hot chocolate sauce for ice-cream at a dinner party or for gravies and other sauces.  Sauce boat is suspended on an ornate stand and can be tilted for pouring.  A candle is placed on base to keep sauce/gravy warm. According to my research these saucieres were manufactured by F.B. Rodgers in the early 1900's but marking would be on base under felt cover which I am reluctant to remove.  Unique piece  - 19cm tall on stand with sauciere/boat measuring 20cm x 10cm x 8cm.      Refer images
