A chrome diopside is a chromium-rich gemstone that occurs naturally in a rich forest-green colour. The stones are neither heated nor enhanced. Set in a graceful rib cage of polished gold, the three pear shaped three prong set chrome diopside stones showcased in this pendant are ported from the underside so that light flows through the stones to accentuate their forest-green hue. The pendant is suspended on 52cm long yellow gold elegant link chain. Quite an intriguing and exotic looking pendant!
The pendant bears the hallmarks '9K' for 9ct yellow gold, the jeweller signature and the Birmingham assay while the chain bears the hallmarks '375, the jeweller signature and the London assay mark.
