The elegant thin ballpoint pen and lighter set belonged to former Minister of Finance Owen Horwood (1975 – 1983). Both the items are in a good condition and seem hardly used. The pen still writes.

The gold coloured pen is covered with authentic Chinese lacquer – a natural substance extracted from the lacquer tree and collected specially for S T Dupont. (See certificate.)

The lighter in its gold and red marbled finishing is in its original packaging with certificates included.
