On offer I have this pre-owned book which is in a sound collectable condition.
ENGLISH:
Elementary Applied Mathematics by Arthur Bleksley, D.Sc
1947, 1st edition,published Central News Agency Ltd and printed by Cape Times Ltd, Cape Town, South Africa hard cover.
Condition: Cover is a bit frayed and scuffed and has a piece of clear tape across the top of the spine.
Pages, inside price label, light foxing, some dust marks, binding strong but there is a crack to the cover page at the seam inside, front pages up to page 16 the tip of top pages corner small bend, and top page 5 has a small hole to it other wise the book is a nice clean copy, only owners name written across front cover.
Page size: Approx: 135 mm x 213 mm, 302 pages.

The book itself does not show that it is the first edition, however I have checked and according to Scientific Electronic Library Online this is the first edition:
