10 Medium Cloves / Bulbs Elephant Garlic
Elephant Garlic is not a true garlic but a stem leek, which produces massive bulbs approximately 10cm in diameter. The cloves are also much larger than conventional garlic with a milder taste, making it suitable for a wide choice of culinary uses, especially roasting. Can be planted year round but best to be harvested in spring for the best tasting garlic cloves.
This garlic has been grown specifically for us by an export grower.
