The salt shaker. Turned with a bulbous body and an egg cup - type foot. The top can be removed for filling. It stands 8.5 cm high.

The body of the salt shaker. A very fine piece made of top quality ivory with no blemishes. The grain of the ivory can clearly be seen.

The body of the pepper shaker. A really beautifully made piece. The grain of the elephant ivory can also be seen very clearly.

The ivory cruet set shown with a match box to give an idea of relative size. The salt is 8.5 cm tall and the pepper 7 cm.
