A striking demitasse tea duo from the Bavarian company, Elfenbein. This Art Deco design is simplicity itself: The outside of the cup and inside of the saucer are coloured bright blue with gilded rims. The inside of the cup and its handle are richly gilded. The backstamp dates the manufacture of this duo to the period 1935 to 1950.

Both pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is a little bit of wear to the gilding on the saucer and a very tiny spot on the handle. The cup measures 7.1 cm across (excluding the handle) and is 4.2 cm high. The saucer is about 11 cm across and 1.5 cm high.

Postage is R50 through SAPO or R100 with PostNet per duo. Combinations done at R10 extra per item. Please add 3% to the sale price if you wish your parcel to be insured against loss by SAPO.
