This small batch Kentucky straight bourbon is named in honor of the Baptist Reverend Elijah Craig (mid-1700s), from Virginia, who the Heaven Hill company dubiously credits with the invention of "true Kentucky Bourbon" by being the first to barrel-aged spirit in charred oak casks. The 12yo was discontinued.
