Vintage Elizabeth Arden Royal Pavillion at Brighton porcelain bird pomander, made in Japan. A white bird with blue, red and pink designs. There is a plastic stopper in the bottom to hold your scented items inside and holes on the head and body to release the scent. A pretty item!
