This plate beautiful plate is 20cm across and in good condition and is fine bone china. The backstamp reads EST 1875 Elizabethan Staffordshire Hand Decorated Fine Bone China Made in England. That means that the company who made the plate was established in 1875 and not that the plate was made in 1875.
