NATURAL EMERALD AND FIRE OPAL DARK-HUED STERLING SILVER PENDANT ON 46CM STERLING SILVER CHAIN
This beautifully made and unusual pendant is crafted in dark-hued solid sterling silver and features round cut natural emeralds of differing sizes claw set on a flat, circular base. A focal point is an unheated natural fire opal in all its' creamy, iridescent glory, claw set in the dark-hued sterling silver, off centre. The contrast between the fire opal and the emeralds is dramatic. A small, round element is attached by a double open link at the top, through which a 45cm slender sterling silver chain is threaded. The pendant measures 17mm wide x 29mm long, weighs 4,41 grams and bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver. The silver is finished in a gun-metal hue finish. The pendant is threaded on a 44cm open link chain - hallmarked 925 for solid sterling silver and "Italy" for its origin.
