Collection of parcel – Item is shipped to your physical address. If buyer is unavailable for collection, and parcel is shipped back, buyer is held responsible for return fees and taxes (5% of value) upon import to Taiwan.
Documentation – Please keep all related documentation (VAT receipts) and file it for at least the warranty period.
Damage to parcel – Should parcel (exterior packaging) show abnormal signs of mishandling / damage, you still need to sign the parcel off. Inform us within 2 days of receipt. Please take good quality pictures of damage for insurance purposes, should it become necessary.
Faulty product – Warranties and returns are indicated per listing. This product includes a global warranty. Item will be shipped to nearest AP service center. Return fees are at buyer’s expense.
