Filling your own capsules gives you the opportunity to easily consume natural, whole foods that may have a disagreeable taste. If you or your children do not like the taste of, for example, spinach, cayenne, turmeric, moringa or kale, you can still get all the benefits of these nutrient dense foods by swallowing a capsule filled with the dehydrated powder form of these foods.
These hard capsules are designed to be filled with dry powders. If you want to fill with liquids, your herbs or oils should be mixed with a high melting point oil such as cocoa butter (preferable) or coconut oil. Filled capsules should be kept refrigerated in warm weather to ensure there is no leakage. Do not fill capsules with any liquid that contains water because it will dissolve the capsule prior to consumption. Keep out of direct sunlight, hot water and high temperatures.Store in a cool dry place in an airtight container.
