1. Concise, accurate descriptions accompanied by clear images from multiple angles.

2. Should items be materially defective a 7-day return policy will apply. Contact the seller immediately via e-mail or WhatsApp. No need for negative ratings.

3. Payment must be made within 3 days, unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. Shipping is the responsibility of BobGo once the parcel is handed to the courier. Buyers can get waybill details from their order page.

5. Use the "ask the seller a question" facility if you require additional information before bidding.

I sell only new imported jewelry from Thailand, Singapore and the USA. 

1. Affordable jewelry (only lab-created stones), where applicable: Only category I sell on Crazy Wednesday auctions and open listings.

2. Mid-priced jewelry: Only Weekend Specials and open listings (only sterling silver jewelry, with 925 or S925 stamp)

3. More expensive jewelry: Only open listings (only sterling silver and gold jewelry with the appropriate ct. or 925 stamp)

All natural gemstones checked by a gemmologist.
