ENGLISH 9CT YELLOW GOLD REAL AMETHYST RING FROM LONDON

 This rather lovely ring has been created out of 9ct gold and set with three 6 x 3 mm oval natural amethyst gemstones of a gorgeous strong purple, claw set proud of the surface of the ring. The shank is quite wide on top of the ring head section, measuring 7 mm wide and narrowing to 3mm under the finger for comfort. The gesmtones are claw set in particularly solid 9ct gold, each stone quite separate with polished gold in between, creating an unexpectedly modern look and feel. Another design feature is that the gold shank is slightly concave all the way round, the concave shape facing outward. The piece weighs 3,38 grams and bears the 375 hallmark for 9ct gold, the jewellers signature and the London assay hallmark. I have had the ring authenticated and evaluated by an independent jeweller. her Valuation Certificate for Insurance Purposes of R10'000 will accommpany the ring, which comes in a quality leatherette box from England. Its a fabulous ring, English vintage but beautifully modern in appeal. Condition is excellent - not even buff marks to report.
