English pewter tankard, half pint.  Inscription on base reads 'English Pewter  Made in Sheffield England'.  Two marks, one of a circle with a triangle inside (probably the logo of the Association of British Pewter Craftsmen), with writing underneath, and one that looks a bit like a lion rampant, but very fussy.
